How long should I wait between taking Levo and B121/Folate/Vit D supplements

Just wondered about how long I should wait between taking Levo and supplements - and should I take these with food?

With supplements you leave a 4 hour gap between levo and supps. If you take iron, you have to have a much longer space between levo. Usually, with supplements it states on the bottle whether to take with food. I usually find that they do have to be taken with food.
