Do eyebrows/eyelashes grow back once on optimum meds and feeling well?

No i do no think so. Mine have not and i also have v sparse underarm hair. I was kept undermedicated by the nhs for several years - have been on optimum meds since i took control end 2012, but outer edge of eyebrows still missing

It took about 10 years for my eyelashes to grow back!! Think everyone is different but hope yours eventually do, don't give up hope. Bald spot on head, hair grew back, but I still molt like a pet, and hair seems to get everywhere.

I am the same they haven't grown back. I have little underarm hair which I don't mind, saves on the razors. I had thinning of my hair which has probably got worse of late, finding clumps of hair in my hairbrush

My eyebrow outers haven't grown back, I'm afraid, though a thumbnail which grew split for 19 years due to under-dosing is much, much better now I take 20mcg more thyroxine. I regularly rub moisturizer into the bits where the rest of my brows should grow, hoping it will help!
