and getting trembles after some hours, I found I am much better taking my whole 25mcg at once about an hour after my Levo, and that seems to last me all day,

I wondered if anyone else had noticed the same?

Yes, I had far fewer ups and downs but I did feel like I absorbed it better which then made me a bit wired.

the only thing is, I hope I am taking enough, I suppose I would get shaky or tired etc if not, but so far, so good.

Dr Lowe said (and also if patient used NDT):-

And finally, why do I specify that the typical patient use one full dose of non-timed-release Cytomel for life? Because extensive testing has shown that this is safe, effective, and most economical—when used within the context of our entire protocol.

Thanks for that link shaws, I think it did take a couple of weeks to get used to T3, but its so much smoother now, no ups and downs at all, :)

When he says 'the entire protocol' what does this mean? Thanks

As it is an archived site some links are not accessible. I assume his protocol includes a link re the supplements he advised and also exercise to tolerance. The link for self-care is not accessible. The link for supplements works:-

His patients took their full dose of T3 or NDT once a day.

Yes, I take T4 and T3 together at bed time and it does me throughout the day (all things being equal).

Thank you for raising this subject. I have been having such problems with T3 that my taking of it has become quite chaotic. This gives me a new protocol to try. Many thanks.
