I forgot to take my 125mg levothyroxine dose 3 days before I have a blood test for my thyroid medication review. I skipped the dose and took my next one the next day as normal... Will this make any difference to my blood test results?

At a very quick, rough estimate your fT4 value will be about 6% lower than it would have been and hence your fT3 slightly lower and TSH slightly higher. As this is close to the limits of accuracy of the assay it shouldn't make any difference.
