there is obvious swelling each side of my thyroid /neck and it is swollen half way down on left side by my scar(you might not be able to see this)

I would suggest you just wait for a day and see if it does get worse before seeing the doctpr

Yes y should go see doctor do not waste time go as soon as you can it's very important I had same and showed dicter and have been given medicine tablets
