Been diagnosed as under active thyroid 2 years ago following RAI and now on 100 mcg levothyroxin. The front of my neck is very painful to touch and I have been feeling more tired in the last couple of days. Has anyone had this pain at any time?
Many thanks

i have thyroid symptoms altho dr refuses to recognise them or other symptoms.my neck is also sore to touch and I can feel how enlarged my larynx and thyroid are yet he says not
Hi I had the same treatment as you and also felt the same. My neck was very sensitive I couldn't stand it being touched. I think I am a year ahead of you and it's not as sensitive as it was. I also had a goitre and a dominant nodule. I am not sure if that was what caused the sensitivity or the treatment. Do get your neck checked out and it also may be you need more thyroxine hope you feel better soon.
