I'd suggest borderline hyper. Has she been tested for Grave's antibodies? What are her symptoms?

Tired most of the time with major weight gain, also sleep apnea. She uses a cpap machine every night.

Should I get her tested for 'graves'?

I see below she has Hashi's. Endo should be treating symptoms, not just labs. Hashi's is notorious for messing with TSH, often showing 'normal' when it isn't. She might feel better with slightly higher TSH & T3.

Is she on any medication e.g levothyroxine?

She is on 125cgs. I had a call from her endos sec to say everything is normal?

Her T3 is low compared with her T4. I wonder if she might have a slight conversion problem? What symptoms does she have?

The endo's job is to treat their patient not to treat printed results. If she still has symptoms then clearly she isn't "OK" and it's the endo's job to work out why not.

Tired, weight gain and she sticks to a strict diet. She also has Hashi's.
