How do my levels of fT3 and fT4 relate to others?

I posted the other day when I got my blood test results and have known about my thyroid issues for just under a week and i'm still taking everything in :

free T4 is:

10.9 (12-22)

and my free T3 is 2.7 (3.1-7)

And I wondered how other people feel when they have had these types of levels, and how they feel at higher levels etc. My TSH is normal which is why i've been undiagnosed for so long- and I think I just got used to feeling shattered all the time and thought my inability to lose weight was a psychological issue/eating disorder.

I've been starting on 50mcg of Levothyroxine, how long does it take to start to build up and at what levels of fT3 and fT4 do you start feeling better?

Also my GP won't refer me to a endo. Any advice if I should get referred and how to go about it ? I'm seeing a different GP on Friday to see if I have any more luck.
