I'm really confused about this. When I wake up early around 7/8am and check my temp before getting out of bed, it is below 36.5, which means I'm hypo. But when I have a lie in and wake up at 11am, my temp is over 36.5, which is normal and not hypo. I'm on T3 only and am finding it hard to monitor myself.

I assume your normal wake and 'get-up' time is 7-8. Then any significant lie-in, your temperature will be rising, snoozing or not. Are you delaying when you take your meds or are you snoozing after taking them same time every day? I don't not vary the time of day that I take the T3 (T4 it doesn't matter much, as long as stomach free of food and hence low in acidity - proven recently to have adverse effect on absorption rates). Sunday morning, I snooze sitting up, so that T3 and large glass of water get a move on.
And do the temp at the same time too?
