just been told I have a under active thyroid and have raynoids also can anyone tell me if this is related

I am not sure if it is linked but I have both too. The raynauds is really bad when it's cold outside so I wear sheepskin gloves which is a help.There isn't much else you can do except try to keep warm x

Hi, I'm suspected of having Hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroiditis with bouts of hypo/hyper) and I also have Raynaud's. It's terrible isn't it. I recently invested in a pair of thermal leggings which have helped a lot - just looking for a nice warm pair of gloves and maybe some extra thick socks.

Wednesday's suggestion sounds like something I might try! Good luck!

Ohh do u I've got to see the doc next Friday to see what's going on I only have raynoids in my feet don't get it in my hands but it's so bad
