My sister is hyperthyroid she has Graves' disease please help

Dr wrote for her Thiamazol 20 mg daily 1 Propranolol 10 mg 2.2.2 But I'm confused because he wrote on one of the papers 20 mg of Thiamazol and in other paper he wrote 30 mg ! What should she take please help .

Nobody on here is medically qualified so cannot and should not advise on doses, your sister needs to contact the doctor to find out the correct dose.

Agreed with hypohen - ask the doctor.

She is seriously hyperthyroid so do not wait around.

(In the UK we use a similar but different medicine called Carbimazole. So few, if any, here will have any specific experience of Thiamazol. And there is little written in English about Thiamazol - though it looks like it might be the same as Methimazole as used in the USA.)
