Does anyone else work nights and have an underactive thyroid. I have been working nights for about 6months and I am still finding it hard to take my thyroid medication at the same time each day. Has anyone else worked out a best time to take your tablets?

Hi I do nightshift every couple of months for 2 weeks and just take my t3 about 11pm whether on days or nights. On nights I stay awake all night and when on days I take my t3, go to bed and sleep. Don't ask me to explain it I can't.
