Is anyone doing the Autoimmunity Paleo diet and how are you finding it? Has it helped with your symptoms?

I'm already on a very restrictive diet due to being intolerant to so many foods. I can't eat gluten, dairy, eggs, grains, plus lots of other things, but my diet still includes potatoes, tomatoes and some nuts. I still have lots of symptoms and I'm wondering if the AI Paleo diet will help. Thanks.

I am not familiar with the AI Paleo Diet. I just wanted to mention that as potatoes and tomatoes are part of the Nightshade Family they too could be irritating to the gut. You haven't mentioned your symptoms - do you have Hashimotos ? It must be difficult to exclude so many things - sorry I cannot be more helpful....

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I have Hashimoto's.

Cutting out nightshades is part of the AI Paleo diet, so I'm going to give it a go and see if it helps! Wish me luck!
