I am wondering what is best mulitivamin product for hypothyroid sufferers. One that does not contain ingredients slowing down thyroid.

I am struggling a lot to regain my health. I am stuck in a hopeless situation, long and depressive story..., I wanted to ask a quick question: I am looking for mulitvitamin brand, the one which does not contain anything that slows down thyroid function. I take supplements for my deficiencies but I need some boost of other vitamins too, I am also tired of popping tons of tablets every day :(

Thank you for suggestions. E xx

HI It is important to take a multivit and mineral. together. Minerals are really much more important, as the vits are in food more.. Yes ago, my Endo said to teke the best one I could find. This is complicated as all so different and some info not on pot either. I found the best one is from Healthspan, on line, free postage, good price to. Gold standard one Ofter vouchers around too, Radio Times, mags etc. .

Best wishes,

Jackie

Whatever supplement you decide to take, leave four hours apart from your thyroid gland medication.

Thank you so much Shaws. You advice is always so valuable. I struggle to keep my supplements away from Erfa as I am multi-dosing. Certainly not 4 hours :( . Love . E xx

Hi edysia

I have been taking nutri-online1.co.uk/LinkCli...

It has vit K2 as well which is important for bone formation. Nutri ltd delivers by courrier next day usually and quality is very good.

Read the small print carefully as some vitamins have soya in their ingredients and other fillers. It is best to find as pure a source as possible by googling pure vitamins for instance.

Joyia. Thank you. Soya is a nightmare! It is everywhere and I suspect to suffer from an estrogen dominance where Soya is a big No. Sending you love. Thank you for advice. E xx

I use ZipVit. I started because my son and daughter-in-law used them for vitamins for their dog! Excellent service, very reasonable prices. You can google their name to find their website.

Careful of the Iodine in a multivitamin , I took a Centrum which had Iodine and it sent me Hyper for 3weeks.
