Should I have more tests for hashimotos thyroid antibodies?

Hi, I asked my GP to test for thyroid antibodies in June this year, which she agreed too. However she wasn't sure what she was testing for, so she just tested for TPO antibodies, which came back below 50, so normal. However since looking into it, i believe that i should have had thyroglobulin (TG) tested too? Could one antibody be normal and the other abnormal? Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
