I have been taking 2 Nutri adrenal, 30mg CoQ10 and 2000mg vit c per day for several months on the advice of Dr P. I no longer have postural hypotension and have noticed that I am feeling anxious a lot of the time.
Could this be because I don't need the adrenal support anymore?

You should contact Dr P and tell him how you feel. I don't think 2 Nutri Adrenal is very high.
What thyroid meds are you on? Are you on T4, T4/T3, or T3 only? While you are on any T4 you will continue to need the Nutri Adrenal.
if you are on T3 only then you really need to ask Dr P's advice. The last thing you want to do is go right back where you were before.
Which treatment level are you on? I am on the Second Treatment Programme and his advice is always if you feel overdosed, reduce the T4 if you are taking it, NOT the Nutri Adrenal. But it is very important that you seek his advice.
Are you still keeping your diary? if so, you ought to send it to him, because so often we think we are overdosed but it is not the case, which is where the diary comes in.
Have you had a Thyroid function test recently? If you have, send that as well.
Although I am sure you will have plenty of suggestions on here, you are following Dr P's programme and so he is the expert. I don't know about you, but until I saw Dr P nothing seemed to work, no matter how good the suggestions were.
Thanks for the advice, I will try ringing tomorrow.
I am taking 1/4 grain of Armour but I can't take it every day as it makes me feel ill. This is why Dr P started me on the adrenal support as well as the postural hypotension.
I haven't sent a diary lately and now the battery has gone in my thermometer so I can't take my temperature. I am not sure how accurate my last few readings have been. Once I have a working thermometer I will record another couple of days and then send the diary to him.
1/4 grain doesn't sound a lot? (9.5mcg T4 & 2.25mcg T3). Are you on Levo too?
Hope you've sorted other possible underlying stuff, like B12 folate ferritin Vit D (magnesium & selenium too for starters) are you cold? I can't get my head around adrenals yet but also trying to avoid gluten. J x
