I dont know whom to talk to. My boy friend was my best friend who had break up with me. I am very introvert. I dont know what to do. I feel so frustated. I dont know how to make choices

jazz, are you feeling healthy or is that why your friend broke up with you? If you are hypothyroid, it can make life difficult. What kind of choices are you considering? I know if you are shy it's difficult to join groups. If you are not working now, would a very part time job get you out of isolation. Don't worry too much about choices. We all make bad ones at times and then we try to correct them. No one is perfect. Feel better, you are not really alone.

I am sorry you are feeling so low at present but that is probably due partly to you breaking up with your boyfriend. Sometimes when we are unwell, it doesn't take much for things to go wrong in relationships.

Have you been diagnosed as having a thyroid gland problem, ie. hypothyroid or hyperthyroid? If so, can you tell us when you were diagnosed, either with hypo or hyper, the medication you take and the dose of medication.

Get a copy of your latest thyroid gland blood tests with the ranges and post on a new question for members to comment. You may need a slight raise in your medication.

I would say you definitely need to see your doctor. Depression, lack of concentration etc would send up alarm bells if it was me. Maybe seeing the doctor and talking over the other stuff will help you back onto the right track. Good luck.
