Hi - Im going to have my bloods done - whats the best time to have it and shall i eat before?

As i live abroad i have to rely on myself to check my levels, ive had hashimotos for about 7 years now - cant find a decent endo here - just seem to want to take you money and tell me my problems are because im overweight. I would love to one day be me again.

Get them done as early in the morning as possible and i dont know about not eating but dont take your thyroid meds beforehand

Hi If on any beta Blockers do not take those before a thyroid test either. Make sure you have had the other relevant autoimmune blood tests done, see TUK site.
