I have a reading of 284, tsh 5.6, raynauds, itchy skin etc etc and still no diagnosis. Seeing rheumatologist next week, what should I ask to get someone to listen?

Is 284 positive according to the laboratory that processed the test?
If so, I would certainly consider saying something at the rheumatologist appointment. Might not be his field, but he should not be in the position of trying to handle some of your issues without realising where you are in terms of other issues.
Hopefully, if nothing else, he will ask the GP what they are playing at by ignoring the TGab and TSH.

Thank you for your reply i'm told the range is 0-80 so seems very high to me. I see rheumy due to my raynauds next week & will ask for yet more blood tests so will see what happens. Xx
