Hello can anyone help me been off work for 6 months now with pressure headaches breathing problems

just been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid but doc said my heart palpitations are what u get with a over active thyroid I constantly feel like crazy and just wanna sleep all time and my throat feels horrible and struggle for breath etc any advice

No, you just do not get palpitations with an overactive thyroid gland, you get those too with an undertreated/undiagnosed thyroid gland

Get a print-out of your blood test results with the ranges and post on a new question for someone to comment. You have clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism so I hope he has prescribed some medication for you. Please tell us the dose he has started you on. He should also made an appointment for you to go back in 6 weeks for another blood test and raise in meds.

Ahhhhhhhh I see I shall do that I'm on the one beginning with L I can't pronounce it lol and it's 50mg

It is levothyroxine and to shorten it we just say levo. Or Endo for endocrinologist.

50mcg is a starting dose. I hope you feel better soon.
