Blood results please advise, thoughts, recommend etc. Recent results after 18 months of yoyo-ing

TSH 0.06 (range 0.35-5.00

T4 12.4 (range here says 7-20) I've always been told 10-20

T3 4.5 ( range3.30-5.30) GP not keen to refer after 15 yrs of relative stability but last 18 months have seen T4 up to 30!!

How do you feel? What meds and supplements are you taking? My first instinct is to say that perhaps your T4 is not converting to T3 but have to say I have never seen T4 as high as 30, or did you mean TSH.

Being stable for 15 years is no guarantee that you will remain stable, things change for all sorts of reasons and the same happened to me after 6/7 years of being okay.
