Adrenal exhaustion - supplement protocol?

I've done this before but I can't remember the answer!!

Basically my T3 isn't doing a good job despite an increase so strongly suspect adrenal exhaustion due to the recent death of my mother and me moving house etc.

I took Isocort last year as T3 wasn't working properly and it worked well. My question is one of timings - what time should I leave between the Isocort, T3 and other supplements?
