I'm not getting an email when I get a reply to a question at the moment. I've checked all my account details and it's turned on, but the technical support details don't mention problems like this or who to contact. Could someone point the way please? Thanks

If you click Support, on the right hand side of the page it says 'email us', fill in your details and they should be able to help you.
