Ha Ha... I am finding my way around, but do not have a hope in hell of working that out, I need ten people to sit with me and speak slowly for the next month please - until I have understood it all. Mary F x

It would help if it was working properly ;) It would be a lot easier to navigate if that were the case!

You also appear to be administrator of Thyroid UK as well as your other community! It seems that badges are no longer community-specific! Another silly oversight by HU. I'm sure you don't want to join our mad house too ;)

I should clarify that you are not appearing on our admin team, just your badge shows when you post here. Lots of silly things happening to confuse my poor little brain :D

i am sure that will disappear.. I promise not to administrate anything on here! xxx... I am sure my cat could become an admin at the press of a button at this rate: youtube.com/watch?v=o7jBSQR...

Are only other Admins allowed to see each others' badges? Nowadays all the rest of us do not know who is and who isn't an Admin, unless we remember. Which as we all know is not a good trait of us thyroid befuddled folk. Janet.

Certainly not what is intended!

But it does seem to be the case at the moment. :-(

Hi there, once the site if fully operating.. you will be able to see who is an ADMIN most clearly on TUK.. I am on ADMIN but on a different patient forum.. merely a punter on this one....I am sure it will all become clear! Mary F x

I think we are all struggling to find our way around this new site. We no longer get emails, so I didn't even know they were back on. Guess we will get used to it in time. I am at that age where change is very confusing lol

Missed you! where have you been? x

I think APs is referring to the fact that Matt had/has a Volunteer badge when he posted earlier.

You only get a badge by your name if you post a post. You don't get one when you post a response, which is a real pain because new people don't know who are admins when they respond.

If you look at the top of this blog/post/whatever you will see that when Mary F posted it she has an administrator badge next to her name. She is not an admin of this community :D
