Just wondered if any one else has had this silly red mark between their eyebrows. I get it quite alot just appears over night it looks like a scratch but it isn't . I used to get it when my eyes where playing up (gritty eyes) but now get it without that.

I have been getting that from rubbing my eyes because of hay fever. I sometimes wake up with it after rubbing in my sleep.
Could it be an allergic reaction given the gritty eyes as well? How long does it last? If joint pain as well could be any number of things..... best to check with your doctor.
