Tracy, Paul and James Finish their Marathon Cycle Ride!

Tracy, Paul and James completed their cycle challenge for Thyroid UK. They kept in touch with us via pictures for us along the way.

They fought wind and rain and got lost along the way but they managed to finish!

Tracy told us, "Back in Herefordshire! Pooped beyond belief! A long nap! Yummy tea! Early to bed! Work in morning! Big thanks to Megan, Sam, Mal and Sara for making this weekend happen! Ooh and a bath, few pain killers and some ibuprofen pain relief gel! Xx"
