Anti-TPO results 49, reference range less than 100, is this better now?

Endo querying Graves, on 5mg of carb at present, blood results much reduced, thought if I had Graves antibodies would be much higher - is this result positive?

The antibodies that are different in Graves are TSI (Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin) also called TRAB (TSH receptor antibodies).

TPOab are a major factor in Hashimoto's but are commonly (even, perhaps, universally) also found in Graves'.
