Hi TSH and T4 look Ok, but if you do not feel Ok, then ask for a Free T3 test, that may be low. Also T4 on the low side, quite likely you need more treatment.Magnesium is fine, tiny range 0.70 - 1.000, so do not take that or Potassium other than in food. It is important they are always in range. If you wish to take some vit D, you must have a corrected calcium test first as that also must not go over range, D puts up Caclum. Also you need autoimmune and hormonal tests for Diabetes and B12 + foliates, B12 needs to be as at least middle of range.
I think the Dexa scan is fine, but make sure, ask GP.Mine has never been scored inthat way.
Best wishes,
Jackie
Hi Jackie,
Thank you so much. I am about to take magnesium today, read up about it etc. I do take Vit D3 only no calcium, as my test was insufficient, Had another test and it went up to 85 from 45, still on it and feel a lot better for it. You would make a great doctor, and thank you again for making me feel good. I will ask Doc for other tests you mention.
Best wishes

Hi Digby, vit D puts up the calcium always, so depends what it was before treatment and is now. D is very important , but calcium in range vital, electrolyte, heart, kidney and stones etc, lots of things. So you do not have to be taking calcium too., unless calcium very low.
Best wishes,
Jackie
