Graves Disease and travel vaccinations

Just confirmed Graves diagnosis (via blood test). First symptoms occured just after flu vaccination however may be coincidence. Fairly stable now on low dose Carbimazole. Travelling to southern India in November and advice is to have Hepatitis A and typhoid vaccinations. Given Graves is autoimmune disorder should I maybe not have these. Staying in low risk environment in Kerala. Advice welcome.
