I feel nice and warm today

I have a virus.

My normal body temperature is slightly on the low side. So when I have a temperature, it takes me to normal-ish at about 100. Downside is that docs don't recognise when I have a temperature. Upside is that it's actually quite nice to be warm for a change. I don't get hot enough to be shivvery.

Well, it's always good to look on the 'bright side' - even if GP's don't acknowledge anything about temps, especially in hypo.

I told my Gp that I have always had a low body temp. usually 96.8 and his comment was 98.4 is an average and people vary.I agree they don't recognise that you have a temperature and that what seems a mild temp to them is quite high for us sufferers.Do you get any heat intolerance?
