Vitamin B1 overdose: typical symptoms and for how long?
Hi, I have just started on
vitamin
B1
therapy (sublingual) and I think I have had a case of overdoes . From folks who have tried the therapy first hand, would like to know what are the typical symptoms of overdoes they have seen and for how long they last after you have discontinued B1?

B1 Therapy INSTAGRAM live
Antonio Costantini began treating his Parkinson’s patients with high doses of
vitamin
B1
. As a result, he saw many of their symptoms improve, with no obvious progression in the disease over the five years he worked with them.

Vitamins B1 and Magnesium
I was advised to try
vitamin
B1
in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.

Vitamin B1 dose for an early PD patient?
I am an early PD patient (diagnosed 2019) with mild symptoms which are aggravating! My main symptoms are stiffness and rigidity of muscle, sluggishness in actions, gait freeze and difficulty in turning in bed. I have no tremors (except dyskensia induced by levadopa) I started on B1 Therapy recently

Benfotiamine In The Mix For PD Again?
The following new animal study (December 2023) suggests that the fat soluble form of

, Benfotiamine, may also be suitable for PD : https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0014299923007483?

Advice needed on vitamin B1
would anyone be able to give me advice on taking
vitamin
b1
please, drawing on their own experience. I have been taking Superior Source MicroLingual tablets 100mg starting on 1 a day. I must assume that this was too high a dose as I became hyper and over anxious.

Is High Dose Thiamine (HDT) a mechanism of repairing a Leaky Brain? And, a reason HDT works.
…Several B vitamins sup.port the health of the blood-brain barrier:
Vitamin
B1
(thiamine) deficiency disrupts the blood-brain barrier and supplementation can restore it. Vitamins B12, B5, and B9 (folate) can restore blood-brain barrier integrity.

Is this still relevant? Some other info says caffeine reduce vitamin B1?
But just wondering if black tea and green tea can help PD, and on the other hand can cause
vitamin
b1
deficiency (?) because it has caffeine, what would be the verdict? Any idea? Thanks https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21368374/

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality Magnesium and
vitamin
B complex supplements to take alongside
vitamin
B1
? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of magnesium and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

B1 Therapy #Case 2 *Andreia Peres
Andreia continues the therapy, taking an extremely low dose of
vitamin
B1
, about 50mg of thiamine HCL daily, in alternating 100mg doses (please note that this dose is highly individualized and works for her, it doesn't apply to others).

B1 Question ( nothing comes easy )
question at the bottom I have been reading everything I could get my hands on that was about
vitamin
B1
over the last couple years and I tried one B1 100 mg per day for one week about a year ago. It did not help and actually it seemed to make shaking worse.
