red light therapy
has anyone ever heard of or tried red
light
therapy
? I’m sure that’s not the proper medical term but that’s what Dr Cooper called it.

BioMax Red Light Therapy

Red light/ near infrared light therapy
I still take 100 mg of Gabapentin everynight at bedtime but this rarely kept me symptom free before using the red
light
therapy
. I use the lights right before bed for about 20minutes, 10 minutes on each leg.

A question for anyone who built a red light therapy helmet/hat.
I’m interested in building a red
light
therapy
hat. But I’m having trouble finding a source for 670nm and 810nm led strips. I was wondering if anyone who has built a hat using these specific wavelengths could share a link to where they purchased them. Thank you.

Any successful treatment with red light therapy for peripheral neuropathy?
Hello, I am wondering whether or not it’s worth pursuing some sort of photobiomodulation (red
light
)
therapy
as a way of addressing idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which, in my case, means numb feet with burning soles at night.

Red Light Therapy Pad
Dear Friends, I have ordered a red
light
therapy
pad which I am using since yesterday, on the back of my head in the morning and top of my head in the evening for 10 mins 660nm and 10 mins 850nm, both pulsing at 10 Hz. I feel groggy after using it with a worsening of symptoms. Is this normal?

Book about red light therapy
Could anyone recommend such a book? I bought a red light lamp some time ago, but haven't really got into using it. Apparently it can be used for mood as well as pain, which is interesting. The light also frightens me a bit, though it is meant not to be harmful to the eyes.

Does anyone think that
light

(or some other non-detructive/non-scarring intervention) might become a treatment for atrial fibrillation in the near future?
