Hello. I have a very noise tummy,(very loud) ~I have read some different things on here about IBS and was wondering would the noise be the food fermenting? would anyone have any suggestions .Thanks in advance

From what I can gather its just plain old gas bubbles gurgling away but we can't know for sure

Thanks,the swelling is bad enough,I just need to quiet this down a bit,so any advice would be greatly received. not drinking any milk,and mostly no wheat products.

why and when did you cut out wheat and dairy?

It might be worth you taking probiotics to ensure your gut has enough good bacteria.

Hi, thanks for coming back to me I have noticed in the last few days since I have cut out all the dairy my tummy has shrunk and I can get back in to my clothes. Every time I eat the noise after is really loud for hours,very embarrassing in quiet places.Can you suggest which Probiotics,I have tried Yakult ,but am wondering if the sugars are fermenting in my tummy?thanks in advance IBSR

I had the same problem until I started taking pro-biotics called Antibac. They are brilliant
