Help with the book 'free at last' please.

I have purchased the book that many of you have advised us buying. It's great so far but one question. On the food list does the C stand for cup? It's got some fruit in oz but mist of it has a C at the end. Just a bit confused. I want to start the 2 week plan but want to get quantities right.

I took the C to mean cups - can't think what else it would be.

Can u tell me what book u are referring to? My son age 14 been suffering since 2010 but seem aggravated after appendectomy. Been told because we keep being referred into hospital, no wonder they cut you up. Anyway, I would dearly love to get hold of any help or advice to get my child a better quality of ire. He seem rather robe to winter viruses n bugs n wham he is in agony with lots of diarrhoea and abdomen pain from gas all over escalating or sometimes just where his appendix was. Would appreciate any form of advice or whatever had work for you would be wiling to look into it. Someone said fobmap diet. Any clue to what it is? Thanks
