how do i get the free can't wait for the toilet bag?

I have suffered IBS for 24 years now and i know there was something about being able to use toilets anywhere but had no idea what to do about it.

So when i saw this site offering join for free and get your free can't wait for toilet card, i thought i must join.

Do i have to apply for it as i can't seem to find anywhere to ask for it, or does it just get posted to me?

You just have to join the ibs network. There is a membership fee of approx £20 and the card comes with the membership pack.

Yes by joining the IBS Network you will automatically be sent a can't wait card, basic membership is £24 for a year. It is well worth joining as you can down loads lots of useful info etc etc, Good luck.
