what to wear i suffer badly with ibs

hi all

i suffer badly with ibs and have done for a few years now can anyone guide me on what nappies or underwear i can buy or get on the nhs as its really embarrasing as it makes me really embarrased when im out and with friends when i have an accident

You can have a continence assessment carried out by your practice or district nurse and pads are usually available on the NHS.

You can buy adult nappies in boots and make sure you have spare clothes and clean up items in case of an accident.
