Painful flare up!! :-(

I am having a terrible flare up at the moment-its extremly painful and cannot eat anything without it going straight through!!! Any suggestions would be appreciated as im not sure if its a tummy bug or my ibs really playing up!!

it,s goin straight through u that,s the only time us i.b.s people r gratfull lol soz the pain frm ur ibs useally starts at the top of ur bowel on the left side if the pain is bad i wud go 2 the docs because if its not the i.b.s it will trigger it of and u cud end up in hospital if not caught in time let me knw hw u went on plz and tk care lv ann xx

This is not a professional medical reply but at times like these I slow the digestion/bowel down with Imodium. Just once a day for a couple of days usually does it for me.

I take a lot of mint tea and other herbal tea, magnesium, activated carbon, worse comes to worse a percoset. And rest.
