Constant diarrhea

Hi guys.

I've been diagnosed with IBS. Since yesterday as soon as I eat anything I get cramps and then straight to the toilet with the worst diarrhea. Sorry to be so explicit I'm so confused as this has never happened..its usually just loose stools never like this. Any natural remedies anyone uses that can help with this? Thanks

I've been through days like this and there aren't many natural remedies that work - best thing is to take Loperimide (Diocalm, but don't buy the branded one, it's expensive!). And then try the Braty diet as it usually helps (bananas, plain cooked rice, dry toast, stewed apple or apple sauce, plain yoghurt) there's plenty of information online about it), avoid high fibre and fatty foods and artificial sweeteners especially sorbitol - when I get a flare-up this usually helps, hope you feel better soon.

Thank you. Honestly I feel sick but it's coming out the other way! Don't like this feeling at all

It could be a stomach bug. Us IBSers, can sometimes forget about that. Just let it run it's course. This has happened to me before. It was not till later on that I thought to myself I think that was a tummy bug! I hope you feel better soon.

Try this home remedy.Take 1cup black tea,squeez half a lemon and add 1tsp (tea spoon)honey (a dash of honey if you’re a diabetic) and sip it first thing in the morning.Do it for 3 days.This worked like a wonder remedy for my wife (74 years).Godbless
