Hi guys. Haven’t written in long. Hope everyone is doing good. I have been keeping good. Had a very minor flare up three weeks ago. Just a lot if gas. Thankfully no D or pain. Just wanted to ask does anyone get sleep disturbances during a flare up and what do you do about it?

If I get a flare up which is normally if I've tried something high fodmap I'll take travel sick tablets as they help me sleep really well.

You're welcome. I got loads of nausea befire going on the low fodmap diet but started taking the tablets and they helped so much and also helped me sleep really well.

Well, well, well you learn something every day. Never heard or thought of taking travel sickness tablets in this context!Thank you for this. I'm going to try it too.

I often get sleep disturbance with IBS.

They work so well for me. I don't need them often fortunately.
