Symprove for IBS - D

Has anyone had any success in using Symprove for IBS - D ?

Not for me but i found Silicolgel brought my ibs-d under symptoms control and i rarely suffer now and just take when I know I going into stressful situations. It was a game changer for me after years of misery on work and social fronts

I can't live without it. Especially for travelling, when we are finally allowed to again! gut biome is important but I got advice on foods that are and aren't helpful. I often use the search function on avogel.co.uk for all sorts of health niggles as there are lots of helpful blog articles and a chat feature to their nutritionist which is really helpful. Hi, it didn't work for me and I really persevered with it but other people have luck with it. If you type symprove into the search there are lots of old posts on here about it.

It didn’t make much difference to me. Optibac has been recommended by a nutritionist.

I have found it invaluable. Has made a massive difference to my life. Suggest you give it a go and see, doesn’t work for everyone, but you never know unless you try! Worth the money just to see.
