Does anyone know any really good multivitamins for IBS? I don’t eat gluten or dairy so I feel like I’m really lacking in the vitamins and minerals I should probably have

Hi Ericaxmai
My dietitian gave some great advice. Stop taking several individual vit supps. Instead buy one good quality multivitamin that is lactose / gluten free. Then try to expand food choices where you get nutritional value without having to compromise the complex carbohydrates you have to stay away from.
Hope this helps!

You might want to have a look at this post of mine that relates to diet. It talks about gluten alternatives which can be highly nutritious. There is also a link to a site where you can find out whether or not you are getting enough nutrients from food:
If your not eating diary, then you might wish to take a calcium supplement. Calcichews also contain Vit D, which helps bones absorb calcium, and is used to produce white blood cells to fight infection (quite useful in this present pandemic!).
