anyone else on turmeric-? i got fed up with mebeverine /probiotics/prebiotics / peppermint blah blah -started bioglans turmeric with black pepper ,very positive at the moment......

I'll be interested how you get on with this. Are you IBS(C) or (D)? I have some sitting on my kitchen counter from about a year ago. Still not tried it. Too scared. My husband tried it and said it made him keep wanting to go to toilet and he doesn't have IBS!

hi -what is the differance between c and d...all i know is i have it ! comes and goes ,had it for 10 years ,tried everything -has got worse as ive got older .just find ing out the best thing to help cope .turmeric seems ok ....at the mo !

Diarrhoea or constipation. Whichever is more prominent. You can also get M (mixed) and A (alternating). Mine seems to have got worse as I have got older too.

I have just ordered fermented tumeric it comes as liquid and once opened you store in fridge as it is fermented it has probiotics as well.

Hi - My husband has been taking the capsules for arthritis pain for a couple of years and it's considerably reduced his pain. I have been taking the capsules for both arthritic pain and IBS but have not found much benefit. However, I changed to the fermented turmeric about a week ago and my IBS has improved considerably. (I hope I haven't spoken too soon.
