Last year I started suffering with really bad bloating, wind and stomach pain, the doctors tested for gluten and dairy intolerances and all was fine so they said it’s probably IBS. The start of this year I started following the low FODMAP diet and introduced things in and out of a few weeks, noting that Veg and Legumes were my worst enemy, so I stayed away and realised o felt a lot better. From about Feb until recently my stomach has been fine. Now I’m back to painful wind and bloating again, although I’ve noticed it only seems to happen about an hour after I’ve eaten my lunch, then lasts for the rest of the afternoon, and sometimes into the evening. I never get it after breakfast and very rarely after dinner. I exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, I’ve made sure I have different food for lunch everyday but no matter what I eat, the constant wind and bloating comes back, it’s very embarrassing running to the loo in work constantly. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be triggering this random and comfortable after lunch annoyance?
Ps I stay away from processed food as much as possible, I drink Oat milk most of the time

Im experiencing the same thing, mines worse when i wake. I get pain below the sternum and to the left side below my ribs. Bloating in the morning give me pain when pushing all over my abdomen. My IBS got worse after Antibiotics when i had a sinus infection.
It’s so annoying, I really can’t figure out what the cause is. I feel like I cracked it and now I’m back to square one. I’ve ordered loads of different vitamins for healthy guts now and will see how that goes!
My bloating and wind are definitely worse after lunch during the week when I eat at my desk. I thought I had pinpointed it to cooked ham but cut that out and had relief for a few days only...
I am now putting it down to posture at my desk and try to make sure I get up and go for a walk after eating which does seem to ease it
I had wondered if it was my desk, seems strange it just happens all of a sudden when I’ve been sitting at a desk for years! I’ve been going to the gym before eating lunch sometimes, hoping it would help my digestion but I might start going for a walk after eating too
