Hi everyone well I have been wondering for years why I have had acid felux and not keeping my food down so after my Gastoscopy report I have HH. Is there any foods I have to stay away from to keep this from getting worse? PS I also have rheumatiod arthritis.

Hi I had this hernia and I got rid of it by doing this exercise first thing in the morning it’s not hard and should not effect your arthritis take a look at this website yinovacenter.com/blog/hiata...
