I have had a colonoscopy a few months ago now and all clear but still have swings from C to D.. I'm terrible constipated at the moment and still have some picolax in my desk here at work... Is it ok to take in stubborn classes like mine? Need relief today as can't bear the bloat!! Please???

I think you already know the answer to that question. Picolax is a fast working and very powerful laxative, which should only be taken under medical advice. I would suggest you go back to Lactulose, and contact your GI or GP for advice for your urgent problem, but also ask them to look for some resolution to your long term problems.
