Think it's piles

Hi all hope your well just a question can you develop piles overnight cause yesterday was totally fine but I was doing something last night that I had to stay sat for about 5 hours woke up this morning and my bum really hurts as in something is stabbing could it be piles ? Feels like I ripped something but went toilet and everything looked perfect no blood or anything

Piles are really sore. You also can usually see them,unless there internal.

I have piles after having kids,but recently I have one that seemed different,I thought it was a rectocele,but my Physiotherapist tells me it's an internal pile that's slightly dropped and can be pushed back.

Try just putting some Vaseline on your bottom,if it's piles it's soothing.

There internal feels like I made myself bleed wiping too hard but I havnt

If you think it's piles,like I say just put Vaseline on,and keep your bottom clean.
