not used it for travelling but used powder - it is very good and certainly bulks up bowel movements so you feel you have passed proper movement as opposed to water - it helps both constipation and diarrohea - mine was for bloating and constipation - does help sleep and improve mood

just wish my bloat would stop - sick of it - there are other good probiotics if you are travelling - not sure if you are in UK but Boots do probiotic for travelling and I know if you search on internet tons will come up -but then do you know of the reviews are true or paid ones -to get something that works is hard = if you are travelling have you looked at a site called Native Remedies - they will answer your queries and advise of best options - good luck - keep posting

Sorry I should have made myself clear I should have said fellow travelers on this never ending road that is ibs I have a theatre trip planned so can't keep trotting off to the loo, have had raging ibs d since taking antibiotics in September despite seeing gp with various degrees of temporary success, tried silicol gel which was good for a while but then started to cause a new set of problems, but it is a good stop gap short term, but expensive, as an alternative to imodium, so I am looking for an alternative that can give me the confidence to go out in comfort, I am sorry you are suffering so badly with bloating that can be worse sometimes than having to go all the time because of the terrible discomfort it causes, I have had relief from bloating with cinnamon in warm water or if you can tolerate it warm milk will make it a comfort drink thank you for your replies and support,I am in the UK by the way hope you feel better very soon.calli x
