Afternoon, recently found out I have IBS, i think I have had it for a while but for some reason only started getting worse this year.
Can anyone advise on what food and drinks to avoid and what food and drinks help.
No matter what I eat or drink bloates me like mad, I am only 26 and feel like I carnt wear anything nice, just loose clothing so that no one notices my belly, I basically go to the bathroom once a week, I have 2 meals, a day bowl of ceral after tea and odd cup of coffee and water through day.
My belly aches all time i always have trapped wind and sometimes can be soar to touch, the bloating can make me feel tired and sluggish all day.
A friend as advised to restart my diet see which foods affect me. I was given some shakes by my doctor which is to help me go to the toilet regular.
