need an answer please

hi

im having pain in upper stomach area for 3 days now

i visited a doctor he told me i have gastritis and prescribed me omeprazole

i started taking omeprazole but it doesnt show effect at all

my pain eases only when i lay down on my bed

i am worried .. how long does gastrotis last...this pain is terrible 😢

I take omeprazole for gerd and it can take up to a week to start working
