Hi folks, this may seem like a silly question...I know a lot of you suffer a LOT of pain and I am so sorry (so you might just want to tell me I'm lucky!)...I have had ibs (off and on) for almost 20 years...first it was the never-know-when-it-will-hit diarrhea type...but never any actual 'pain.' Starting last year it 'switched' to the constipation type...uncomfortable (and all the things that go with it) but no REAL pain... But just starting a couple of weeks ago, I have this mild, dull, achy, uncomfortable feeling all over in my bowels...it comes and goes. No idea what its about. Do any of you have this same symptom? And what helps it? Anything natural?--not Rx drugs. Anyway, THANK YOU and I hope I hear from some of you. I appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear of all your constipation discomfort - I am a fellow sufferer so I feel for you and the bewilderment as to how to help oneself with this problemj. Have you tried Colpermin, mint tea, tummy massage and deep breathing ? Do you move around enough? Do you have any food intolerances eg gluten, wheat, rye, oats? If it continues you might want to consult the doctor just to see if there's anything they can offer. Acupuncture might help too. Good luck
Just an update...I started in taking probiotics and in took care of the problem of the off and on 'light pain and bloating'... Take PB8 brand and it seems to work for me. Really glad!!
